Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation then please inform us as soon as possible.
Late cancellations and "no-shows" affect us dearly. Therefore, you will be charged for any cancellation made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation fees are as follows :
- Cancellations made 3 to 7 days before arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the cost for 1 night.
- Cancellations made 1 to 2 days before arrival will incur a fee of 70% of the cost for 1 night.
- Cancellations made on the day of arrival or "no-shows" will incur a fee of 100% of the cost for 1 night. |
